We feel our house was built with care and attention to detail, which gave us confidence during the daunting journey of building a house. Blue Water also has good processes in place (budget reviews, Gantt charts, etc), so we always knew what was happening on site and any possible issues were flagged early. “In early 2020, we hired Mike’s company for a substantial renovation of our 50-year-old concrete home, which included major design changes and resulted in gutting and totally rebuilding all 3 bathrooms plus the kitchen. Little did we know that 2020 would prove to be such a challenging year on so many levels, not withstanding our remote location, wonky plumbing and wiring, as well as other surprises. Throughout the entire process, Dane, Kayla, Kevin and the rest took great care of us and our project and were a pleasure to work with! Despite all odds, the high quality renovations were completed a few weeks before Christmas. We are thrilled with the beautiful results and wouldn’t change a thing. The only caveat – Franklin, our 10-year-old lab, is lonely because he misses all the attention he received for so long.”
