In keeping the entire lifespan of a project in-house, we deliver an integrated product that minimizes schedule delays, reduces project costs, and prioritizes quality.
In a traditional structure, builders, designers, and estimators are separated from each other and miss out on the enormous benefit of working together to optimize a project. Because our team is involved from start to finish, we don’t miss details, and we don’t make promises we can’t keep.
At Blue Water, our design and estimating teams work together to ensure the project is within your budget, and we optimize for buildability with our lead carpenters before even entering our production stream.
Once the design and cost are approved, we initiate production. Your project is then brought to life by our highly capable project managers, who oversee scheduling, budgeting, and who advocate for you through project completion. Once you are settled in your new home, you will be taken care of by our warranty program.
The key to our process is engaging each department involved on the project at the very start, and working together throughout the project lifespan. This way, our multi-disciplinary expertise informs the project from conception to completion.
